Local Designer Spotlight of the Week: Danielle Gardner
Danielle started designing at the age of 5. Her inspiration rooted from not liking the clothes that came with her Barbie dolls, and wanting to create new ones. Her grandmother was a seamstress and began teaching her the basics on creating garments. From there she was hooked. Young Gardner would make bags and accessories, and sell them to her classmates. While her items became a hit within her school, she was unconsciously stirring up an entrepreneurial mind state.

She is currently making her line known across the Bay Area, as she has become a familiar face in the local fashion scene. From trunk shows to networking events, Gardner is making White Petals a force to be reckoned with.
